We have been with them for many years. Going on a decade. They have always been a great company to work with but we recently were given a new account manager, Sarah, she is the bees knees. They seem to always be willing to make whatever changes we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to integrate with our CRM and our office suite is extremely important, as is the quality of service and uptime. The setup instructions were simple even for a non-engineer to implement, and any questions we've had so far have been answered quickly.
There's really only three players in the market that offer a similar number of functions in their system, and Nextiva having the ability to combine features a-la-carte made the decision for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were looking for an all-in-one system to combine the multiple and expensive systems we had in place. After some research, Nextiva was definitely the way to go. The set-up was simple, with customer support walking me through every step. We now have one system that controls our 800# call flow, call forwarding, voice mail, and fax service. all at a cost savings of over $600/month.

The ease of setting up their call center and the customizable features. Our Customer Service Team uses this daily to answer customer inquiries. All you need to do is download their softphone and our reps can take calls. When we have issues their support team has always been able to solve our issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Nextiva is their support team. Always friendly and helpful. I have been using Nextiva for years and never have they been unable to fix or help with any issue I have ever had. The admin interface is easy to use as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some things I feel I do not have the ability to fix in the admin portal and must contact their support for assistance. For example the VFax feature, our company has many VFax lines for different departments. Any time I need this updated or any change to any account I have to go through support to make the change. What our business likes best about Nextiva is that it offers employees a seamless voice & text communcation platform. The The Nextiva mobile app is a powerfull tool that allows all our sales people to communicate with customers from anywhere. Nextiva is extremely easy to set up. This is key when there are many phones used within your company. The Contact Center Software is sharp, easy to use, and exceptional! The sound is pristine. This is also very important when communicating with your customers. The Call Center Infrastructure (CCI) Software hands down is the best! Their customer service is super helpful and always available. I appreciate the great support from my vendors and providers. It’s necessary to get help quickly and when needed. I consider the top tier within the UCaaS Platforms. The mobile app works great, but I would like to be able to change the notification sounds. It may have that ability, but I have not found it yet. Also, on the app I would like a bulk read for messages and voicemail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
