I like how easy it is to add new licenses, create new or update existing users, support is very responsive and does not close a ticket until they are absolutely sure that the problem is resolved. I can't say that I have much that I dislike about Nextiva. There are the occasional odd bugs that sometimes disrupt workflow but that is understandable and comes with any service of this magnitude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nextiva Contact Center has been a game-changer for my team of inside sellers! We used to wrestle with a clunky contact center system that sounded like Charlie Brown's teacher on a bad day. This amazing platform is as reliable as a Swiss watch and the call quality? Crystal clear! My team makes around 75-100 calls a day and to have that conisistency has been clutch.
The features on this platform are 5stars. We can track calls, analyze performance, and even set up call routing so the right seller gets the right lead. It's like having a built-in sales coach whispering golden nuggets of efficiency in our ears!

Everything has been great, but unless I have missed it, I am concerend about security. Especailly wen dealing with call lists. 2FA at the very least would be helpful and have me sleep better at night. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When looking for a new phone system, a colleague at another company recommended the Nextiva platform. I was not considering VOIP, but once I did my research, it was an easy decision. The system set-up was very simple and the customer support they provide is awesome. We are able to forward our office phones to our mobile phones when we're out of the office and can access our messages pretty much anywhere. It's really a one-stop shop. And the pricing and equipment are awesome. I highly recommend using them.

I love using Nextiva so far and would highly recommend. The VoIP phone service offers clear call quality and reliable connectivity, ensuring that communication remains seamless. I've yet to have any issues with dropped calls. I love that they offer the call center software which is an all-in-one solution that integrates phone, email, chat, and social media interactions into a single, streamlined platform. Their UCaaS platform brings together voice, video, messaging, and collaboration tools into one cohesive system allowing better teamwork and communication within organizations, whether employees are in the office or working remotely. I like that I do not have to use a different device to make a call. There are so many features that are available to use. As I'm calling I can pull up the information that I need and it's all on my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
