I am a small business owner, and I recently launched my business. I was using my cell phone number for potential clients to contact me...HUGE mistake. I was receiving phone calls and didn't know if they were personal or business. I called Nextiva's customer service number, and the representative I spoke to was friendly and helpful and worked to find the best plan that fits within my budget. I was scheduled for an onboarding call the same day and received a local business phone number, fax number and toll-free number within minutes. I can receive calls through the app and on my desktop.
