What do you like best about Nextiva?

I love that Nextiva has been extremely simple and easy to use. We have not had any issues and it provides so many features which makes it convenient as the company grows. Customer service has been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Sometimes the nextiva app on the phone continues to ring even after answering a phone call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Work from home, answering phones from phone as if one is in the office, not having to forward phones to cells phones, etc. Able to relocate the phone into different offices without needing to port numbers. Very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

There was a person available almost immediately for chat and phone call. Follow up when I had additional questions was very good. When I activated my account, tech support was patient, thorough, helpful and intelligent. 5 stars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

I haven't used it enough yet. However I can get rid of my efax and use Nextiva's for free. Go figure, I saved money unexpectedly. Haven't yet found any problems to fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Porting a number virtually and faxing when I use a fax on rare occasions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They offer a more comprehensive solution compared to traditional POTS. The softphone application enables me to send and receive calls on my mobile phone using the Nextiva platform, which displays my company's name instead of my personal cell phone details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

I am a small business owner, and I recently launched my business. I was using my cell phone number for potential clients to contact me...HUGE mistake. I was receiving phone calls and didn't know if they were personal or business. I called Nextiva's customer service number, and the representative I spoke to was friendly and helpful and worked to find the best plan that fits within my budget. I was scheduled for an onboarding call the same day and received a local business phone number, fax number and toll-free number within minutes. I can receive calls through the app and on my desktop. What do you dislike about Nextiva?
