Their customer service is top notch!! The platform has limitations but anytime we need help doing a complication task they are helpful with quick replies and video how to's customized to our needs and not a generic video. They also take feedback for improvement seriously! It's awesome to have a CMR that can run custom reports, create check lists, tasks, track appointment notes, policy status, and so much more! I wish there was a bit more customization to fit your specific insurance lines. We work with Individual Health and Life so some features that work for group or commerical just dont work for us. We have folks who go by different names but we cant search by that info. The auto update for policies isnt as good as it could be. NextAgency is a comprehensive CRM system that helps me stay organized and prepared. Having this all inclusive system allows me to maintain complete and readily available client and agent information. I recommend this for individual agents as well as agencies that have multiple agents. Individual agents are in need of the amazing customer support that NA provides.
