When compared to AgencyBloc and others, this was a "No Brainer" decision. **What do you dislike about AgencySmart?** There was nothing to dislike. I never regretted making this decision. **Recommendations to others considering AgencySmart:** Changing your insurance database system can be a frightful experience and exhausting experience. Did you make the right decision? Will they convert all the necessary data properly? How responsive are they when i need help? Will it do everything they said it would do? I must say the transition went so much better than expected. This was mainly due to the responsiveness of the tech support to get your system up and running as smoothly as possible. The system is intuitive but not that intuitive, again, meeting with the IT team to discuss changes **Recommendations to others considering AgencySmart:** Look at what you need overall, what reports you need and what information you need in those reports, do you need premium amounts for the clients, do you need commissions statements, do you need a to do list, what information you need for each client record, what information you need for each quote and how should the spreadsheet look, how do you want the broker name and the client name. Once browsed through the system and was made aware of its potential, it was one of the easiest decisions for me to switch over to Agency Smart. If there was anything i wish would improve, it would be the mutli-option quoting. having a way to change the enrollment within a quote without having to start a whole new quote. **What problems is AgencySmart solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ever since the lose of Healthconnect, Agencysmart has been my #1 quoting tools. it makes putting together proposals and alternative so simple. i also love the company census review page. helps employers really breakdown where the increase is coming from, if not from the coverage changes. ### 21. They are easy to understand and because they are in excel format it is easy to customize. They look extremely professional especially compared to other reports from other quoting systems that I have used. It's also cool that it can generate rate reports and link to SBCs **What do you dislike about AgencySmart?** There are a couple of fixes that I would like: when there are multiple plans for a client the ability to show different spreadsheets for each option. Doctor Links for each carrier on the quoting spreadsheet Policy number put on the header for the policy instead of having to open the policy for that information. **What problems is AgencySmart solving and how is that benefiting you?** The first system that has everything in one place: quoting , enrollment, client information and files, trouble shooting , commissions. Today, those e-mails are only stored under the user who sent the e-mail. The quoting engine is second to none and the team at AS are always thinking of new features to make our lives easier. **What do you dislike about AgencySmart?** To be honest, it's hard to dislike anything about it. **What problems is AgencySmart solving and how is that benefiting you?** AgencySmart has allowed us to easily transition to a work from home environment.
