What do you like best about NexHealth?

What do you dislike about NexHealth?

What do you like best about NexHealth?

We like being able to send medical history update form requests electronically, ahead of time. Also, being able to do them on an iPad while the Pt is in the office is a nice feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NexHealth?

The platform is hard to use. Have to click on multiple tabs to manual sync forms and check which forms/messages were sent. When you reschedule an appointment, a new message is NOT generated- this is EXTREMELY inconvenient and makes a TON of extra work. We have to use MANY work-arounds to make this software useable. What do you like best about NexHealth?

Patiets can make appoinments online any time whether the office is open or not. Reminders are sent with patients able to confirm right through that reminder. Waitlist is a great new feature as well which lets us quickly and efficiently fill those late cancellation spots Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NexHealth?

If an existing patient making an online appointment uses a nickname or a name even slightly different than that in the PMS, then a new patient is created, causing a bit of clutter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NexHealth?

The one thing I love about Nexhealth is that is has everything you need all in one platform, which not only saves time and money but also gives back vital minutes throughout the day to your team members that can be spent improving your patients and clients experience! What do you dislike about NexHealth?

I do not have many things I do not like about the platform. I would say this is more of a suggestion than a dislike but it would be amazing if your payments could auto sync with different PMS systems to make payments more streamlined! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NexHealth?

What do you like best about NexHealth?

What do you like best about NexHealth?

We love the Online Booking feature! Patients love the ability to schedule online! Nexhealth's technology puts tit on our calendar in real time, making it easy for all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NexHealth?

A few years ago, we started looking into platforms that would help systematize our office’s communications with patients. The functions we were looking for included confirming appointments, setting up follow-up appointments, gathering patient information, and, most importantly, communicating and synchronizing with Dentrix. In order to do that, we have literally tried-out (trained & implemented) at least 7-8 different systems, conducted thorough evaluations, and concluded (even though it may seem premature) that NexHealth is the most suitable for our needs. In addition, as stated in the beginning, customer service and tech support are outstanding at NextHealth. Overall, we truly share the platform’s mission to uphold an innovative spirit. What do you dislike about NexHealth?

Nothing so far. It gets the job done. As always, there is room for improvement and to grow in features. Hopefully new capabilities like phone integration come out soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
