I was a customer for two years. I decided I didn't want to use the product anymore. I forgot to cancel. I received an email notification about a yearly auto-renewal and sent them an email the following day to request a refund. They denied my request because I have to cancel before the yearly auto renewal. I will never recommend a company that profits from errors by customers. Most companies I've dealt with will happily refund customers that forgot to cancel (or prorate the amount). This company doesn't. It's so easy to create a beautiful, powerful and measurable signature. You don't have to know anything about code or HTML whatsoever. Now you can make your e-mail signature work for you, and in a fashion and professional way. The ability to create a banner with a specific purpose/ for a specific department, is really neat. The designer is very limited and the grouping is a bit confusing. The analytics are still very basic.

When I was researching larger scale email signature solutions for a client of mine, Newworldstamp stood out night and day against all the other competitors I looked at. The user interface was superb, and the functionality was exactly what my client needed.
