It is really immediate to create and personalize the signatures: you simply choose the theme and input your informations (title, name and surname, company, logo or photo, social media addresses, etc), in the meantime you can preview the final design. I would love to see more customization features to it. Now we only have templates which we can edit and replace the fields. I would like to be able to add more fields or banners or even the same field more than once and to be able to rearrange it inside the template through drag and drop to be able to have your own custom made signature template this way. I've been really impressed at how responsive Newoldstamp is at getting back to customers the fact that they keep bringing out new features and improvements at a rapid rate. I built my own signature but haven't implemented it across my email addresses yet, as I'm currently re-branding my businesses, but I'm really eager to get these working. I don't love that the mouseover on the link acts as an advertisement for Newoldstamp. I know that they do this for analytics and that it can be removed by contacting them directly, but I wish we could keep the analytics w/o advertising that our sig is brought to you by Newoldstamp. I'm a fitness shop owner and with Newoldstamp my signatures resonate with my followers. I see a boost in traffic to my own social channels and I can even track it if needed. I love the designs they have added, although I think they could have added some more. What I do like is how easy you can add banners to the signature and include social tracking.

If you want to implement the e-mail signature you get detailed descriptions to include the template for any platform and software. I use Mac and I know from the past what a struggle it could be to have a cool fresh design. But they nailed it for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not many templates in my opinion, but you can always upload your own designs :). But maybe it's me just. They do however offer holiday special templates and you can easily edit templates of your e-mail signatures by ease.

I like that it has good looking signatures that are easy to design, setup and deploy across your organization. It also makes it easy to maintain consistency across the company even when you are changing something as simple as a banner. I would like to see more flexibility in the design of the signatures, and being able to add more customized layouts or fields into the signature. I first obtained NewOldStamp (NOS) as part of a bundle of SaaS services from AppSumo (a company I can no longer recommend, but that's another story.) After trying it out, I realised this was a top-draw idea. Bringing ALL emails into a common brand message is exactly what our diverse consulting practice needed. So I purchased a larger license to cover all our staff.

The main benefit of NOS is brand and messaging consistency. An additional *major* benefit is the ability for a marketing person to unilaterally update the messaging and email banners for all or some staff. This means promotions can be updated with zero impact on staff - in our case, we run workshops, promote specific research and networking events, etc, so this ability is significant. I think there could be a little more flexibility in the email signature creation tool. For example, we have a tagline that we would like to include, but in the current version, this is not possible in a way that matches the rest of our branding. However, this is a small gripe. Another useful addition would be the ability to run 'two button surveys' (aka, Owler style) withthis tool. It certainly has the tech foundation to allow this! But, again, I am being very picky here. I was looking for a program that would allow me to create some professional looking signatures and I came across NewOldStamp which provides us with several templates accompanied by icons and logos of major social networks such as Linkedin, Facebook, Viadeo, Twitter, etc.

One of my favorite features is its ability to check how many clicks have received each link in my signatures, it is also possible to add our own advertisement under the signatures and of course let you track the number of clicks that these received. I regret the fact that templates are not more customizable. What I means is that It is sometimes difficult to add icons for address, email and phone. Only two or three templates offer these icons and I have not found a way to add them manually. Also, I would like to have more choice in the layout of each information.
