It's perhaps the easiest and most intuitive tool to create a beautiful and engaging email signature. I've used other tools before but this certainly beats them all when it comes to ease of use. I have run into issues using NewOldStamp with one specific web-mail host, but the issue is on that web-mail's end, not NewOldStamp. My only complaint otherwise would be the layout of the app's interface. There's a LOT going on (most to your advantage), but the labeling and text can make it easy to become overwhelmed when new. First of all, the platform is SOOO easy to use that it is really quite intuitive! There are amazing templates to choose from and the edit them to put your information in in a breeze!

The unique feature I especially love are the customizable banners you can attach at the end of your signature that can showcase anything you want : from a sign-up link, to a seasons greetings!

The only thing that have me pause was that the links showed a NewOldStamp link when hovered over but that could easily be disabled by having support turn off the analytics. Otherwise if chosen to be left on, it really is a small issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We wanted uniformed signatures that didn't create the dreaded image stack in an email chain. Using NEWOLDSTAMP we get that. We all have a signature that looks great, professional, and standardized across all platforms. Our Primary usage is with our office 365 signatures and this has been a huge success. Would like an option to add additional images for exampled our employee pictures as well as our company logo would be nice to have in the signatures. NEWOLDSTAMP is very easy to use. Infact I didn't have to search for any step while creating my own signature. Everything was intuitive and user friendly. If creation was fun then managing the signature was magical. I could now easily keep my signature at one place and change it at will. Not much truthfully. It's hard to dislike a program that does EXACTLY what its tasked to do with such simplicity. You can create a NEWOLDSTAMP within minutes and apply it to your emails. I have to admit that I am still quite new to Newoldstamp, so I haven't explored all functions and am not using it for long yet, BUT I saw it as the footer of a business mail I got and it immediately attracted my attention in a completely different way than normal footers do. So, if it gets MY attention, well, what effect might it have on my customers attention? ;-)

I didn't find the PERFECT design for the signature, so I had to choose one that was "second best", but design and layout are very individual and to please EVERYBODY is probably impossible. So I can live with my choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
