I have used several CRM systems previously, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics (as was). NetHunt is less complicated to use, which suits our type of business, but it is also scalable for when we grow. Its deep integration with Gmail was vital in choosing NetHunt (our business was based on Gmail before we chose NeHunt). Of the CRM systems I reviewed and tested most were pretty poor in integrating with Gmail, which would have meant we had to change to something like Outlook.

Not much - I would like to be able to search through old email campaigns and tasks using a proper search facility as I need to look back sometimes to see what we have sent out previously. Also, I would like to have more statistics from campaigns, including the ability to filter the stats by the number of times something has been opened and/or clicked. Very impressed with just how easy it is to get NetHunt up and running and how seamless it is to manage your pipeline using Gmail as the backbone. In your Gmail or Google Calendar and want to link a message or calendar entry to a deal, contact, or company? Click on the handy little NetHunt logo icon and connect it right up to whatever it pertains to, in a few seconds, with no more than 2 or 3 clicks. It's customizable if you want it to be. Email templates, open tracking, and link click tracking for emails is the icing on the cake. It doesn't feel like a chore to keep NetHunt CRM updated - it just works. Not much really. It is pretty full featured. I would like to see improvement on the tasks. I love that tasks are accessible from all parts but I would love them to be front and center or at least be able to choose where to see the tasks that are needed to be completed that day without having to navigate specifically to that tab.
