
The most helpful tool for me personally was the workflows - you can easily create workflows once and then the system it's like it automates itself and you do not have to worry to do manual work.

There is nothing particular that I did not dislike, only thing is that every new tool has its learning curve and I had to re-watch videos that showed how the tool worked multiple times to get it working for me. NetHunt was the one that was easiest for me to keep updated and organized so potential deals don't fall off the radar. I have tried (paid) and used in previous companies, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zoho, Agile, Prosper/Copper, and the features which I actually used were the best compared with the price. The jump in price between the plans ($24, $48, $96) is a bit steep, and I hesitate to upgrade to a higher level due to not needing all the new features a high plan offers. It would also be nice if the data from my email would sync better into the Chrome extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integration with GMAIL, no need for manual input or copy paste. No need for diferent chrome tabs, all integrated.

Ease of configuration (drag and drop), you can get up and running with a CRM and lead prospecting in a couple of hours. CRMS having so much features are usually very hard to implement.
Linkedin integration allows us to add any profile that replies our email.

Hope they get Linkedin automation soon. Both for web scrapping (the Integration with Linkedin needs to scrap profiles one by one) and messaging. You need an extra software to do this. This is on their roadmap- Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the Workflow because it saves time and money. Also i like the Contacts Records.. It is easy to fill up.. Also the Contact views.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That i can't, yet, sent bulk messeges, videos or sounds to messenger, as i send bulk mails, so i send one by one..
Also i cannot send the the way that i have reformed the Dashboard, as it is, in my team.. So they must make it from the Start..
Also, from the workflow i cannot see the, certain mails that i have sended, which ones are opened, unsubscribed... etc..
Also if i wright a lead manualy then if i conected with linked in, NOT all the contact infos are passed..
Also there is no SMS or VIBER marketing in NetHunt Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All CRM tasks can be handled inside Gmail.
The user interface is completely customisable and adding new fields to records is simple and efficient.
Creating new records for any task (contacts, leads, service etc) is very simple and the customisable views are just so handy for a quick visual look at what is happening in your business.
NetHunt CRM works quickly and it's integration with Zapier has literally saved us hours each week and made previously manual tasks completely automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The follow up reminder system, although functional, is a little basic in that (at the time of this review) you can only set up one reminder for a record or email at one time. It would be nice if you could have more than one follow up reminder per record or email and have these on a schedule. This of course can be done easily using Zapier but if you're not using a paid subscription to Zapier it will add another cost. This is a minor con though and with some discipline there are simple and effective workarounds Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool has a very high level of integration with Gmail, which can truly be considered as a native one. All other CRMs that claim to have a high level of integration with Gmail are very far from this one (and I've tested tons of them). I also like automation functionality as I don't need to use separate tools to see how automated processes influence my pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It´s worth the money, but I would like it to come with a smaller price tag. Even though we are a small business, as you start adding users, the bill adds up.
A free version for single (or better two) users would be terrific.

Importing the contacts and custom fields I had from my last CRM was very easy. I did mess up the first time and was able to undo that, get a little help from the client success manager I was assigned and then retry my import. She then helped me setup a couple folders for buyers, sellers and deals, explained to me how to link those to contacts so I'm not duplicating workload and now I have pipelines created and workflows created to help me manage my workload and reduce the amount of menial work that I had to do with my last system. It's not so much of a dislike but I am looking for a way to integrate an signature program directly into the system so I can quickly send non disclosure agreements to potential buyers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its flexibility with being easy to use, the integration with LinkedIn via the extension is very helpful. The Gmail integration is also nice to have your CRM directly in Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limited reporting and limited integrations with other products. I understand there is an API and it is a lightweight solution so it won't come with a ton of pre-built integrations. Also, not being able to add a pipeline account directly from the LinkedIn extension - it only allows other accounts we have built out (advertiser/publisher records) .
