In our company we implement it as the main CRM after evaluating all its potential characteristics and functions, which generate the confidence that we will be able to grow the organization through its use. It is a powerful platform integrated into Gmail that does not help to improve work management and grow fruitfully. It allows us to customize it according to work needs; With its various functions, it allows us to increase the quality of the data, automate workflows, use advanced filters and views, integrate constantly used applications and using an open API is now a process without any complexity. It is suitable for both mobile devices and desktop PCs, we are a very versatile work team and we give ourselves the opportunity to work through our mobiles, being able to solve any need from wherever we are, but we do not have all the tools functionalities that the desktop version does offer us, can be a disadvantageous feature, in this way we try to make the most of both provisions taking into account their offers and limitations. My favorite thing about this CRM is that it integrates directly with GSuite! I was able to easily add the Google Chrome plugin and then start managing my leads in a way that was seamless. They invite you to a customer support call as soon as you sign up for the platform so that you can leverage the features that are most relevant for your business. I used to work with Streak CRM. Growing my business and my contacts, it became a very tedious task to develop my reach and follow my prospects on my main channels : linkedin and Gmail.
Then came Nethunt : the linkedin integration changed my life. I can now populate new contacts and be on top of my reach using the best canal to connect with them. I also found the Android app very usefull. As an entrepreneur within the recruiting industry, I also huse Nethunt as an ATS. It works very fine.

Linkedin Integration is key for a CRM and nethunt does it wonderfully. I would have loved this feature on the basic version Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the all in one place aspect.
Get all chats directly in gmail is awesome.

Most CRMs do the basics well, email syncing, deal flow, etc...
What they lack, is the ability to manage relationships with people that eventually become deals.
This is where Nethunt comes in - its a highly, easily customizable CRM with a killer app - LinkedIn messaging sync.

The Gmail interface is a life save. We can manage all of our CRM, project, event, and client information from right inside Gmail. Very easy to use, and not much to the setup, the workflow and automations were very intuitive and straght forward to create. The custom fields are also a huge benefit as we can shape the contact, company, and project details to our every need. This is a daily use tool for us and havs become the center of our operation. Really like the integration to LinkedIn as that is one of my main sources of connection and communication as a VC associate. It is an easy to use platform and the ability to automate processes with direct integration to Gmail is key. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly I am just geeting up to speed on Nethunt so I don't really have anything specific that I dislike just yet. One small thing I guess is that aesthetically the online platform looks a bit dated but that's just looks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The workflow is beautifully thought out, especially if the idea was how to turn Gmail into a CRM. Gmail integration is excellent! I like the color codes. I like how, in Gmail, I can visually see what deals or contacts are connected to the emails.

I can't share my visual pipeline on the web. I can't integrate with coda.io. Graphs are limited it would be nice to have reports created like Pipedrive. But it's not a deal breaker since Nethut seems to be the only best integration with Gmail and Linked In. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
