Top Rated NetFortris Unified Communications Alternatives
At first the system seemed to work well. Then Netfortris got involved and it all went downhill.
What I like best is that I'm finally away! They really do bad business and try to trap you in their system as long as they can squeeze you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price is outrageous in comparison with what you get. There are so many things available in the market today there is no need to get ripped by paying PER HANDSET Rental Fees. As my business needs changed - they company tried every trick in the books to make it difficult for me to cut extensions, deprovision numbers and lines, and to keep my 29 year old phone number. I had to go to war with them over my own issues - and they know I'm a Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney!uu Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's nice that we can have phone, fax, and zoom all from one provider. Also it integrated well with our voip desk phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface for the softphone is difficult to use. Also, it's a big problem that you need to log into netfortis before launching Zoom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our users love the ease in which they can use the online Hubweb portal and mobile app for calls, conferencing and connecting with our staff whether near their desk phone or not. As an administrator i love being able to manage my phone system whether I am in the office or on the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to integrate our Fonality system with our Single Sign On provider, which it currently does not, so our users wouldn't need to manage additional user names and passwords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I can message the other phone reps through the computer phone server and it can only been seen by the person I am messaging. It is actually helpful when you have a customer on phone and need help with something instead of having to tell the customer I don't know let me check. You can message and ask while never letting customer know you don't have the answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found anything that I don't like at this time it is probably the best phone software I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that you can track employees calls incoming and out going it is easy to run reports on calls both inbound and outbound. We are able to make sure employees are meeting the daily call quotas and if they are making personal calls. It is very detailed tells the number either calling in our dialed out time spent on phone and if it is outbound call it tells how long after picked up was on phone. So we can tell if employee says left voicemail but hung up right when voicemail picked up they didn't really leave voicemail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that when we monitor employee call it notifies them. When we record a call the employee who is being recorded gets notification that they are being recorded. So it isn't really effective for monitoring how they speak with customers as they know they are being recorded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like everything about it; one of the things I have really enjoyed is the ability to see how many calls I place each day. I can look up inbound, outbound, and que -calls for the day or any amount of days I want up to 30 days. Simply select days and what type of calls I want to look up and it will run a report for my calls which is great because I no longer have to tally them myself to ensure I reach the daily call reuirement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that there is the ability for other employees to record your calls. It does say Employee is recording your phone call. I just don't like that.

You can record conversations to refer back to, or for training purposes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The connection isn't always the best- there are many times I have to hang up and call the person back on my cell phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fonality's customer support is simply amazing. They are also friendly, efficient, and reliable. Never had a situation or scenario that couldn't be helped. That includes both over-the-phone support and chat support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Took a little while to get used to, and the admin interface is a little old-generation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fonality has been my phone provider for nearly a decade. Their systems are solid and feature rich. I can honestly say that it's a system I do not have to babysit to keep working! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I have say anything, it's the method of extracting reports from HUD chats. It's not simple and clean. But this is a very minor thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to have a Fonality employee assist with implementation in a very hands on approach. Had a positive experience implementing the system. Quality of the phone calls can be great if Routers and Bandwidth meet the recommended standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Issues with porting can take a long time, which can slow down implementations. The products administrative portal could use some UI updating that looks less clunky. Reporting tools in the admin portal, could also be more powerful. Having better partnerships/integration capabilities would be ideal, as many companies are looking to have all their software connected via powerful middleware solutions and API tools. You can check your voicemail, transfer calls, send instant communications via HUD and what I love best is using HUD to check to see if my co-workers are available by just viewing their status. That's really helpful when you have over 300 people in one location and everyone is constantly moving around. I've also used Fonality at the reception desk and it makes it so easy for someone to manage phone transfers with great ease. You can also see who is calling you on your laptop if you're not near your desk phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the HUD communicator was a little more versatile with fun emojis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
