Unbxd has not only a great product on it's face value being a PIM but it's so much more than that for us. They took complex issues where we had to manipulate our data and made the sync up of the data so much easier and streamlined using algorithms and formulas. Their team for the PIM implementation was so helpful and insightful going above and beyond to help us with every business case we brought to them. Unbxd seems to be working to stay on the cutting edge of technology because even as we were going through our implementation they were continuously introducing new features and enhancements we were able to take advantage of right away. The ease of being able to apply any one property to section my catalogue of 1 lakh products for easier manipulation, as well as the versatility and freedom to enrich that same catalogue and each product (even at the variant level separate to the parent) in many different ways. Not the most intuitive interface maybe — this is actually the flip side of the versatility I mentioned, because there is SO MUCH room to decide how you want to use it, that it can be overwhelming to figure out how to do what you want... and you therefore need to have a very clear grasp of what you want to do and where the changes/additions you make will cascade, before you even go to implement. There is, therefore, a bit of a learning curve... You could ignore that, but that would be underutilisng the tool: It's like using, say, Microsoft Excel to do primary school math (you can but you it's not maximising the tool, and you may as well use a simple calculator) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UNBXD team did a fantastic job. Finding the things I need is simple for me because of the precise and evocative tags. Unbxd PIM has completely transformed the way we manage our product attributes and tags. With Unbxd PIM, all the required attributes and tags for a product are automatically created by simply associating the category with the product. This has helped us to standardize the required fields at every product level and to pre-fill values for the attributes, making it easy for our team to fill in the remaining values based on the product's category.
What's even more impressive is that all the attributes created through Unbxd PIM are fed into the Export Transformation layer, which generates additional tags and attributes on the fly that are needed for our business. This has helped us to create much richer, more informative product listings that our customers find much more valuable.

The UNBXD product is naturally evolving over time, the export and few other pieces are still very new and break once in a while. Being a technology leader and an executive sponsor at the company, I would really like to see some more descriptive APIs being built for the PIM platform so we can also build custom tools / simple tasks around the platform than being dependent on them for even smaller things.
