What do you like best about net2phone?

Having the call log with time stamps, caller numbers, search function, and call time logged is helpful for our sales and support team. Their support line has always been helpful and understanding when we have needed their assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally having to refresh the browser's cache due to computer microphone and headset audio not properly functioning feels like it shouldn't be required. Though support has always been helpful when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about net2phone?

It just works! I know it isn't unusual, but the VM to email function is great. The online portal for configuring VM makes it really easy too, and you can do it from anywhere - not just your office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their onboarding process and customer service is exceptional. Their teams are very responsive, courteous, and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

Their initial webinar for learning to use the actual phones is limited to the basic phone. There is no webinar for the higher-end touchscreen phones. This is a little frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about net2phone?

Net2phone was very responsive and easy to work with . They took the time to listen to the customer and provide a viable solution for his end user.They are more flexible than other providers and don't require large minimum commitments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their off hours customer service needs a little more experience and not provide a standard solution if a problem is out of the box . So a bit more training would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about net2phone?

Their customer service is fantastic. Their customer support agents know their product and can usually solve the problem live on the phone with you. They really try to understand what you are trying to do and come up with the most effective/simplest solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

We frequently have issues with dropped calls, particularly with call transfers, and overseas extensions. We have a number of team members in the Philippines and this happens to them frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
