What do you like best about net2phone?

There is nothing to like, the service and response time is terrible. There is no direction in how the process works and who is involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

Everything, the onboarding and provisioning tasks were a complete nightmare, emails and requests are ignored or it takes days and reminders to get a response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is net2phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

The hope was to move to their platform and use MS Teams, however they failed to mention that there are limitations to using their platform and they have no experience to assist with Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about net2phone?

We have been using this company for a few years now. Any time I need help their staff is always there, always know what they are talking about and always friendly. What's not to like? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

When the internet goes down so does our company but that's the sad part about VOIP in general. It's rare so not a deal breaker. I would recommend VOIP to anyone. I recently learned (this past weekend) that all the people who have copper lines with Bell Canada will be switching over to FIBE and they will now lose their dedicated phone lines in case of a power outage. If there is no power you will no longer be able to call anyone, not even 911 so if you don't have a cell phone....... I guess you are SOL. Oh wait, this was supposed to be a dislike. Nope, sorry can't think of anything bad all things considered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about net2phone?

The ease of implementation is key. All phones are pre-programmed, and boxes are labeled with the user's name and extension number. Phones arrive before porting date so we can ensure they are working and port date testing is thorough. Training materials are easily accessible and users/administrators can attend live training before or after installation. What do you dislike about net2phone?

What do you like best about net2phone?

I love being able to customize everything within our system at a click of a button. Having an auto attendant is absolutely amazing!! Over the past few years we have been able to quickly change modify how the system works best for our company as it grows and the needs change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

I can't think of anything that is least helpful, but I would love to see a few features enhanced or added. It would be great to be able to have a company contacts list that everyone would be able to access, add, edit etc, for anyone that is outside of the organization. What do you like best about net2phone?

Jeff was very informative and walked me through everything he did. He upgraded our firmware on the phone because he saw it was outdated. He was patient and knew what he was doing. What do you like best about net2phone?

love their simple online platform. easy to connect with clients via text. we also like that phone calls are recorded for quality assurance. the voicemail system is also convenient; allowing transcripts which can help ease the confusion of the audio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

there aren't many things that our office has had issues with regarding the systems net2phone offers. this is one of the few vendors that our agency uses that does not end with frustration on a weekly basis lol. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the ability to text clients. there is a lot of information that we need from clients that is more easily sent in a text platform than coming into our office or even emailing us. the ease of convenience is important beyond belief in this world of instant requirements. What do you like best about net2phone?

Net2Phone has a good interface to easily manage each location's phone system without extensive technical knowledge required. Managing the auto-attendant is easy because the system shows you visually what each button will do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

Compatibility with popular carriers such as Rogers is fairly poor. There are known issues with the standard modems utilized by Rogers which will cause calls to frequently drop. Unfortunately neither Rogers or Net2Phone are willing to accept fault for this issue and you will be stuck with a faulty phone system unless you are willing to change your internet service provider. Which is a shame because the system itself is good at locations with other service providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Net2Phone let's us manage several locations worth of phones from an easy to navigate interface. It is much better than some ISP provided solutions that have more obtuse interfaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about net2phone?

I love the integration into all the platforms I access it on. I can seamlessly transfer between using my wifi landline office phone, or logging into the app on my cell phone, or through the website to answer, screen, or transfer my calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

I feel like the limitations are based on my lack of knowledge. I'm sure if I knew the right questions to ask of the Devs, I'd receive the service that I need. I can't think of anything glaring Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
