What do you like best about net2phone?

What do you dislike about net2phone?

UCaaS platform doesn't have collab feat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is net2phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Good UCaaS for a company with basic to medium advanced needs. Also SIP trunks and I like that they understand SIP is complicated and they are there to help when interfacing with a phone system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about net2phone?

Very personable, customer service is very easy to talk to, they can explain technical information to non-technical people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about net2phone?

As it is VOIP, connectivity drops quite often; however, it is never down for long, the technicians typically have the issue resolved very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is net2phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

As we are living in a remote world net2phone Canada makes it easy for us to connect from all over Ontario, between the app and the ability to update our voicemails and information on Sonar, the transition could not have been made smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about net2phone?

Zero. Continual outages and just to change the time and/ or date requires a call to support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The continual outages and having to contact support to fix. Also, the support group tries as hard as they can, but the support call usually is several hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For a Commonwealth Garage Door, inbound calls are configured to ring directly to (804) 920-9677 from both Google and Call Rail. Both should have a whisper indicating from where the calls are being transmitted. Unfortunately, this is not currently working since (804) 920-9677 has been ported to Net2Phone. What do you like best about net2phone?

It made the transition of working from home seamless. The ability to be able to use our cell phones and not have to take the physical phone with us back and forth to and from the office is a huge plus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overall ease of working from home with our cell phones. The reports that can be run is helpful as well. The reports are a good tool to be able to keep track if someone is "bogged" down with calls versus someone else that may not be quite as busy and therefore adjusting our work flow accordingly.
