That I was not able to log in to myYealink T54W from the web browser, using the phone IP address, and add my contacts. I had to type contacts in directly to the phone which is cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am brand new to the internet phone market. Companies I have worked for always took care of those needs. I am currently working with a company that has me wired into their office phone system. I had many choices on what system to use and did my research. Net2phone became my only choice when I narrowed those choices down. They have world-class customer service and functions. Their functions integrate well with my current CRM and email systems. I love seeing my messages on both the phone and in my email. The voice system is straightforward to use.
