What do you like best about Neogrid?

The document exchange and validation of Neogrid have helped us in managing our business relationships with partners. It replaces manual operation of datasets transfer in real time with automated systems reducing errors that can occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Neogrid?

Neogrid has limited visibility of partner integrations. Even when you are trying to solve problems involving a partner’s system or data discrepancies, it can easier said than done because you have limited knowledge of the systems or errors on the partners side. What problems is Neogrid solving and how is that benefiting you?

Neogrid integrates the document exchange of supply chain and does not require basic data entry or validation processes. What do you like best about Neogrid?

Neogrid is good for near document swap and identity confirmation. It centralizes the communication process with other partners since it avoids delays and provides all the correct documents for processing. It’s great for businesses that use EDI as the primary method of managing their supply chain systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Neogrid?

The problem of data duplication still persists at Neogrid although, as has been evidenced, the company has a number of strong positive aspects. I have faced a case where the same data seems to be duplicated across the system and this increases time in identifying valid data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Neogrid solving and how is that benefiting you?
