We have been a NEOGOV customer for the last four years. It has helped us to streamline our hiring, onboarding, performance, and LMS processes. By using NEOGOV we have been able to make processes easier for HR and our employees. Our employees have access to their training and forms on all platforms. I'd say the least helpful part of NEOGOV is that they are always moving in a forward direction and it can be hard to stay up to date on all of the changes that are made unless you attend their monthly meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
NeoGov's Talent Management Suite is very user friendly and they have excellent training and customer service staff in the event you get stuck. *Every* person I have interacted with at all levels - be it their customer service department when I was just learning the system, their sales team when we wanted to try new tools they had to offer, or their beyond fantastic implementation consultants - each and every one of them have made me want to sing their praises to others. Very little! It seems as though NeoGov actively tries to incorporate user feedback when making changes to the system, so anything I would consider I 'dislike' typically gets addressed in this fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's hard to pick just one! We like the products so much; we purchased almost all of them. HRIS/Onboard/Perform/Insight/OHC/Learn/eForms. We implemented Insight, then Onboard, followed by Perform, HRIS, eForms. We are almost ready for Learn implementation. I think that internally, PERFORM has been a huge success for managers and supervisors, and Onboard has made our hiring process more streamlined and easier for new employees to get through the onboarding process. HRIS has been a challenging implementation. HRIS is the only product that I will say that about. HRIS has a lot of work to be done and it's difficult to implement a product that doesn't have consistency in performance. It seems to break a lot, not work properly, doesn't have basic functions that are sort of implied when it comes to an HR management system, and is somewhat frustrating to navigate through all of the windows to manage one employee. NEOGOV is working on it and with so many things on their HRIS plate, some things that are super important to our organization have to wait to be fixed or built longer than we expected. We're hanging in there and I know that with NEOGOV's dedication to their products meeting customer satisfaction, we will get to a place where HRIS works well. I like that they keep up with the HR trends and cater their applications to their clients' needs. The analytics and reporting modules have come a long way in a short amount of time. The new features available for higher education institutions available through Neoed has optimized the platform for our instititution by making it more tailored to the way in which we hire and use an applicant tracking system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Initially, there was some lack of replicability in our paper processes that have taken time to create by Neogov. With the rollout of Neoed, these features are available now available such as the hiring teams feature. We plan to roll this out to eliminate the use of excel spreadsheets, creating duplicative processes for our hiring committees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The organization of key items and easy to navigate the system and tracking applications. Using this system far outperforms our previous TMS. We've revamped the recruitment process significantly decreasing the time it takes to fill positions. The campus stakeholders enjoy the robust online platform accessible to their schedules. It takes time to learn the system and NEOGOV provides the training online, and in presentations. NEOGOV provided a community portal for individuals to share information and over the years, it's been quite helpful for new members using the TMS system. The definitions used in the system compared with the words used in our office. We found we may update the labels, but in doing so we cannot revert back to the original. In Salary Study it would be nice if there was an option to select archived and/or unarchived data. The purpose of this feature is to pull data, but if multiple rows are generated with current and archived information it can be time-consuming to sift through the information.
