What I like best is the ease of use. Everything is organized and easy to see (my cases, my team, all cases). It is easy to search for closed cases (if you know the case #). The platform is quick and responsive. I like how the upgrade has made it easier to see who the case requestor is on the right hand side of a case. In the past before the upgrade the information such as emergency contact info and manager info was on the same panel - now this information is divided into tabs within the case. I don't like that it is sometimes difficult to find a closed case by searching the case by name - if no case # is available. Sometimes there are too many results, sometimes there are none.
