What do you like best about Neocase HR?

We had the ability to us NeoCase HR as a trial effort to look for alternatives for our onboarding and HRIS systems. We found the system helped streamline our HR realted work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Somtimes issues get escalated to cloud services and they're not very responsive. Issues during upgrades. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Neocase HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

It enables us to receive cases from our employees and have HR resolve them in an organized and measurable manner.

It enables us to take manager requests and have them verified before entering into Workday.

What do you like best about Neocase HR?

This software has been crucial in helping the HR department manage its workforce by ensuring that every employee in every department has access to certain facilities and is given clear goals to strive toward.

The HR department is one of an organization's most crucial divisions, and we utilized this software as a tool to assist us in resolving all of our HR and employee issues. While the majority of HR department issues were resolved, it took some effort and time to work on employee data and pay scales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Neocase HR?

I have to say it's the best tool yet to serve my needs the way I expected from it, and it's so awesome, especially when it comes to managing your employees or even trainees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Neocase HR?

Sometimes when we create multiple cases, but actually can't select all the cases at once so we have to do it one by one that may be time-consuming. overall i don't this there is anything else which disliked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Neocase HR?

What I like best is the ease of use. Everything is organized and easy to see (my cases, my team, all cases). It is easy to search for closed cases (if you know the case #). The platform is quick and responsive. I like how the upgrade has made it easier to see who the case requestor is on the right hand side of a case. In the past before the upgrade the information such as emergency contact info and manager info was on the same panel - now this information is divided into tabs within the case. What do you dislike about Neocase HR?

I don't like that it is sometimes difficult to find a closed case by searching the case by name - if no case # is available. Sometimes there are too many results, sometimes there are none. IT can be difficult to figure out the right parameters for the search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Neocase HR:

The product has been upgraded recently and it is now easier to use. I recommend taking any classes that may be available. AT my company there was a Beginner's User course as well as an Advanced User course. I have taken both and they have helped me with unlocking all the features that the platform has. For example, learning how to search for closed cases was a part of one of the courses. Learning how to use that feature has been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Neocase HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am currently solving onboarding issues, and in the past I was solving compensation problems. A benefit is that there is a record of the transaction that occurred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
