Not much. The UX has been severely damaged by the NCino acquisition of SimpleNexus. It's clunky, creates additional time and effort spent on each and every inbound application, and for a system that lacks easy customization, has some pretty dismal defaults in place. The user experience for a loan officer has been drastically diminished by NCino's lack of flexibility and lack of customization. The platform now requires a loan officer to perform tasks of a data entry clerk, costing valuable time and adding friction to the origination process, harming the overall customer experience. Their basic app is terrible and misses numerous required fields on loan applications, and the messaging for in-process applications is pathetically done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the best things about using this simple Nexus mortgage platform is the simplicity. You pick the type of loan you'd like to do put in a little information and it'll give you back comparisons that won't violate respa. For a client it's easy to read, with charts that make principal and interest understandable. Sending out an approval letter with this is a strong feature. Agents want their approval letter fast, this gets the letters done fast. Anywhere I'm at I can shoot out a professional looking comparison, pre-approval letter, and analysis of mortgage loans. As most loan officers know we're never in a convenient place when somebody wants and approval letter right away. This is the asset everyone needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
