What do you like best about Shape Mortgage Software?

How easy it is to use, all of the great features it has, and the customer service is the best I have ever experienced. This CRM does absolutely everything I need for my Mortgage business, all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because it can literally do just about everything you would ever need it to do, I guess it could be a little overwhelming at first. But that's not really a bad thing, just something to be prepared for when you first start out with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It sends out all of my automated status updates, on all of my loans, to all parties involved. Also, you can use triggers to automate just about any individual email or email campaign to go out, whenever a client, loan, or referral partner needs to be updated about anything.
