What do you like best about NAVIS Marketing Suite?

What do you dislike about NAVIS Marketing Suite?
I dislike how the emails are built in the "email builder" and then scheduled in "touches." The campaign phone number must be added in touches - if you want to add tracking to links, you have to go back into the email builder for any edits. There is a lot of back and forth between the two areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
