Nationbuilder offers the best user experience. It offers sophisticated technology for all sorts of tools that nonprofits may need: donation tracking, stakeholder relationship management, prospecting and fund development, as well as advocacy. It integrates with a lot of external tools too, like Zapier/Zoom, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support team.

When you get one or more support representatives on a live chat they are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NationBuilder?

The flexibility of the system is both its advantage and its problem. For this reason, a more extensive audit trail would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"How Nationbuilder helped me become one of the Top Professional Speakers in the World!"
5/5
What do you like best about NationBuilder?

I love having one place I can go to, to manage my website, social media, phone calls, crm and email blasts. I can even schedule events with RSVPs too! With competitors, I'd have to login to multiple website that may not interface with each other and the cost will be much higher than what I recieve with Nationbuilder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NationBuilder?

I can't say I have anything I dislike about Nationbuilder at this point. I'd love for them to invite me to their headquaters to work with. speak for their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I think it's a great tool for anyone running a campaign"
5/5
What do you like best about NationBuilder?

It has a very effective web building tool that produces a very professional website. And it does a great job of using that site to allow for communications and also to accumulate emails. I'm enjoying the ability to tag and send personalized communications to individual groups like you would with a high end auto-responder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NationBuilder?

For MLA's in Alberta at least, NationBuilder can almost be too effective. Once the election is over it's important to engage constituents through the constituency office and we still get a lot of constituents who are sending us messages through NationBuilder because it is so visible. is there any way that we could export those messages to our constituency office Outlook and respond to them there?
