It makes things simple, uploading documents and creating Boardbooks. Seamless when making changes to documents or replacing documents, automatically revising Boardbook when changes made. Their customer service and tech support is bar none. Whenever I call with a technical issue, it is resolved immediately and the response is very quick, with a great attitude. Our CSMs are also amazing, giving us all the time we need with training, questions, etc. and are very patient and knowlegable. It was a smooth integration from our old system to Boardvantage. The dashboard makes a great difference - I can provice the Board with immediate context. One distinguishing feature is videos and rich content on the dashboard.

The organization of documents is easy with drag and rop organization.

The setup and customer support has been exceptional. We had a comprehensive training, then three additional training sessions. We have upcoming trainings as a group with the full Board, and the offer to meet with individuals if needed.

I think Boardvantage could work on Accessibility. Larger buttons if needed, or ability to enlarge native text (outside of documents and PDFs).

I think keyboard shortcuts are the other biggest need in Boarvantage. A reduction in CLICKS when you can tap the Esc key or Enter key, or you have other keyboard shortcuts (like Ctrl + N for a new meeting). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Nasdaq to track our Board Meetings. I enjoy being able to see past and current meetings easily and clearly. Our Agendas and other documents are easily edited within the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nasdaq Boardvantage checks all the boxes in basic functionality: surveys, voting, Board books, calendars, communication, etc. The interface feels like the good parts of Windows Explorer, with options for diving deeper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I look forward to Boardvantage being better integrated with tools like subsidiary management and D&O questionnaires. I love how easy it is to create my boardbooks and very user friendly. Whenever I do have an issue, I am an able to get a hold of someone fast and they are always so kind and knowledgeable. Since using Nasdaq Boardvantage it has made production of board packs, signatures, approvals and evaluations so much easier. This has saved time and effort for teams with an enjoyable experience for end users. And if you think about the amount of paper produced before digitalisation ... well we have saved the environment a little bit!

What would we have done without the tool during COVID and the many signatures we had to obtain (in the '000s) as we had not yet implemented DocuSign.

Easy to navigate, helps organize materials, any changes made to any of the documents will be automatically updated in the final Boardbook, helps track attendees to meetings.

Onboarding team was very responsive and helpful in getting us set up, very easy process. Customer support after implementation is just as responsive and helpful as well.
