What we like most about Nailted is that everyone can express themselves anonymously, which makes it easier for no one to have to sugarcoat what they write or rate. It is a perfect tool for providing constant feedback to the company on any aspect to improve, regardless of the management level. It has a very intuitive and easy design and allows you to know the well-being status of employees regarding the organization, something fundamental in our days.

We can get in real time wich are the most important issues we have, and also wich are the best practices that are working to solve them. Nailted streamlines processes that sometimes for People departments can be a bit lengthy, giving us constant and very important information when making decisions and implementing new plans and/or actions. It also allows a cross-sectional but also detailed view of how the equipment is and the frequency and quality of feedback moments.
