That is not connected to other HR platforms and it's a bit isoleted tool. Its like an 'add on' to all he tech stack we were using in the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nailted solving and how is that benefiting you?

Understanding the team's feeling during the week and controlling their 'emotional' well being to avoid mental breakdowns, try to ensure people is happy at work. What do you like best about Nailted?

NailedIt was the solution to multiple things I needed. For months, I searched for something to manage 360 reviews, 1:1 check-ins, a recognition system, and feedback platform. One weekend I stumbled on NailtedIt and saw it was able to meet most of my needs and at a reasonable cost. I was able to set it up and roll out to the org that Monday. The team loves the ability to give claps to each other and send feedback to the Leadership team. The leadership team was very impressed with the software. Customer support is always very responsive. What do you dislike about Nailted?

I believe the hardest thing for a large company is to keep track of every single team & employee. It can be very difficult to keep track of everyone and help each employee's needs/concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nailted?

The questions seem personal, would not expect to answer such vulnerable questions. It is nice that it comes at a routine time, easy to work into your weekly schedule Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least I like is that I don't know when the surveys will be sent to the employees, I find it difficult to understand the load of emails or notifications that employees receive from Nailted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The saving of time is the main thing, before I used to create a survey and had to analyze the data with Excel, now I have everything to consult when I need it. Additionally, the fact that it is anonymous helps to detect problems. On the other hand, I think the applause is a great idea to reward the team and the people who deserve it.
