What do you like best about MyStudio?

MyStudio has been a massive help. It's incredibly intuitive to use, the customer service is top-notch. I also love that they have a mobile app, it makes my life so much easier. There's tons of customization and automation features. Overall I would say my favorite thing is the mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyStudio?

I think the pricing could be sorted a little bit better. If they can lower their prices by about 5-10% I would say MyStudio is number 1 in this field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyStudio?

Great software. It combines my billing, attendance, emails, texts, and program information into one package. Up until now I was using 4 different prgrams to do all of it. The customer service is outstanding. I look forward to getting into some of the things it can do that I haven't tried yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyStudio?

There are a few functions I would like to see added. Nothing major but they would be helpful. That being said they appear to be open to suggestions and implementing customer requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyStudio?

It VERY beneficiail to manage my Taekwondo Studio Billing and Events all in one place, that works right into my website as well. My parentst love the APP to register for the events such as Testing and Camps. And the ablity to purchase merchandise from the app. And Register for classes. What do you dislike about MyStudio?

The only thing it doesn't do for me is update my testing sheets as we use a different format for our Testing Process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyStudio?

I am happy with the MyStudio performance from the business perspective that for sure. But what makes things so much easier is solid customer support. My rep Jennifer Hernandez is outstanding. What do you like best about MyStudio?

I love that I have a customized app for my school, the abilty to mass email/text members, automations for trials/members - I love it all! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyStudio?

Mystudio has been so helpful ever since we decided to use it. Especially, managing trials and memberships have been so much easier such as enrolling memberships, following trials with automation emails and text. over 90% our membership has been through customers' phone using MyStudio App. No more Paper!!! What do you like best about MyStudio?

We love how MyStudio consolidated so many services we paid for into one strong platform. It handles billing, communications, rank tracking, curriculum milestones, automation, lead gathering, and more!

Our customer base has received the member app excitedly, and it has positively impacted and streamlined how we do business. At this point, the member app is a critical and fundamental aspect of our members' experience that we could not go without. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyStudio?

For us, the downside to using MyStudo is slow fixes and updates. While they have implemented a new suggestion area, the suggestions are overflowing, and only a couple of ideas are implemented each month. I suspect this will improve over time, but currently, in May of 2023, things move slowly.

When we come across simple display bugs or little issues, it takes 2-3 months to get them resolved. This is mostly annoying more than anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyStudio?

We love the ability to do everything ourselves - add photos, events, retail, etc. It's very simple and intuitive to figure out. When a payment fails, it sends an automatic email to the customer to update, rather than us having to follow up. This has saved us a lot of time and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyStudio?

We've had some technical issues where MyStudio doesn't save information correctly - when we update inventory, when we try to schedule emails or set up automation. It can also be confusing to update someone's banking information in certain scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyStudio?

What do you dislike about MyStudio?

• need a single customer page with all info visible on one page without having to click multiple links (contact info, address, DOB, rank, membership info, etc.)

• need to be able to customize what info we see on that page (i.e., I need to see our student's organization ID # on the same page with everything else)

• staff POS needs to be able to access existing customer's info for new sales -- currently only admin POS can use that feature, which means customers have to re-input ALL of their personal info for EVERY SALE

• allow the same primary customer to add new participants from POS without the "this phone number is already in use" pop-up; this forces us to have to exit the POS and create new memberships from inside the MyStudio interface, which creates an entirely new set of logistical problems

• allow the same MyStudio account to be logged into multiple devices at the same time

• administrators need access to customer's FULL credit card numbers (not just last 4) for billing and collection purposes (I cannot emphasize this one enough!!!)

• need to be able to disable use of old credit cards without deleting them (they don't need to be an option at the POS check out)

• POS needs to allow combining events and retail purchases into one purchase

• app constantly crashes/kicks customers out and forces them to log back in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyStudio?

no group specific emails. If I click on some students and scroll down to click on more the first students are unclicked. So I have to send many emails to get a hold of specific programed students. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
