What do you like best about MyComplianceOffice?

Easy to use for both administrators and users/team members. It's a very straightforward and user-friendly tool that we've had in place for several years now. Our account team is very responsive if we do happen to have any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyComplianceOffice?

Sometimes the integrations and the workflows can be a bit difficult. So there are some limitations that we have run into, but overall it has been a great solution for us so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MCO apparently does not have a dedicated testing environment, which causes problems for implementation testing when using live data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyComplianceOffice?

Super complex tools - need to learn how to use, but once you learn it, the tool will support a lot of Compliance process in the Organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyComplianceOffice?

It is too complex. Sometimes I feel that we're losing opportunities not using some features of the system because of its complexity. And customizations are hard to obtain as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The transition from the old to the new interface has been a significant change, and we apologize for any inconvenience you are experiencing during this process. The move to the new interface has been much more time-consuming than we originally planned, but we are making progress with each release. The end goal is to have all of the same functionality that was available in the old user interface plus additional features and functions via the newer technology. We apologize that this has taken so long, but we are working hard to get it done as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your feedback.
