What do you like best about MyCase?

What do you like best about MyCase?

MyCase is easy to use and navigate for anyone in a firm, young and old. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyCase?

What is least helpful about MyCase is not being able to print out just one logged call or a note. Also the change in the email integration, which I know affected many customers who use Microsoft 365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MyCase solved the problem of having to search for client files in order to get any contact information related to the case. It also has changed the way we track our incoming and outgoing phone calls, which has made a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to integrate MyCase into firm life, and the variety of add ons and features it has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyCase?

I'm having trouble identifying what I like best about MyCase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyCase?

1. Reviewing and resaving documents is very cumbersome - each edit resaves documents as additional versions making it hard to know which is the most current version of a document.

2. The accounting functionality in MyCase is not passable and there is no meaningful customer service. Reconciled transactions remain editable causing the need to rereconcile anytime someone makes an inadvertant change. We have made the decision, after struggling for a year and a half, to move to Quickbooks for accounting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyCase?

I love the texting feature and that I can see what other people are doing to make sure my staff is on task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it will say I have calls in my call log even though they are resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
