I'm having trouble identifying what I like best about MyCase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Reviewing and resaving documents is very cumbersome - each edit resaves documents as additional versions making it hard to know which is the most current version of a document.
2. The accounting functionality in MyCase is not passable and there is no meaningful customer service. Reconciled transactions remain editable causing the need to rereconcile anytime someone makes an inadvertant change. We have made the decision, after struggling for a year and a half, to move to Quickbooks for accounting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
