Needs work on document management, can only upload or download 20 files at a time. Would be great if we could integrate into office 365, or drag and drop files from the desktop more than 20 at a time. Very frustrating to drag a folder to mycase and have it stop at 20 files. I like the messaging feature as it keeps communications with the client readily accessible and it's easy to use. I really appreciate the template feature, I use that for merging documents pretty much everyday and that helps with making things go a lot quicker. The call log is very helpful to ensure everyone is on top of their calls without having to directly check in with other staff. I also appreciate the tasks feature for the same reason. I don't like that I cannot create a lead from a previous contact. If someone we previously represented calls for a new consult, creating a lead will duplicate info and I will end up not being able to convert from that lead and will have to close it out. It is very difficult to find a complete practice management system that integrates a CRM with billing, portal, calendaring, and messaging capabilities. There are a few features I would love to see, but overall, this is a great solution and stands out among the competition. Nothing. This is the bare bones-est program you'll find making the low cost an illusion. To compete with smokeball or anything better you have to subscribe to separate add ons that bring the cost well above the price of the better software packages. Its a joke. It pales in comparison to smokeball. I tried it for a week and I ran back to my previous software immediately. Wish I could have gotten a refund but we'lll just chalk it up to an expensive lesson to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great calendar access for entire office. Messaging. PC and phone access. Billing and time entries make it easy to use. I use it every day, before and after hours. I really like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having to enter staff names, and drop down is inaccurate. Move mouse over staff name and the name "slides up" and I have to wait and move the mouse cursor back over the name to select. Redundant entries required for billing and calendar. When using calendar on phone, time is displayed at bottom of screen and on occasion I have not been able to enter time of an event/appointment because it displays at the bottom off-screen. MyCase has been the best system we can use in our law firm. It keeps all of our cases organized and easy to be as detailed as possible in every case.
