We just love CloudBerry Remote Assistant it is great. Nice and fast, easy to my work, working for a community radio station it has remote sound. I am able to do all the tasks I need very quickly and considering it is free you can't beat that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CloudBerry Remote Assistant is great for customers that are not on our full managed services plan. Typically we deploy ConnectWise Automate with ConnectWise Control. For those customers that don't have a service plan with us, we utilize CloudBerry Remote Assistant to gain access to their system and perform maintenance. It is a great asset to have in the tool set. With the RDP proxy, we don't have to open firewall ports which maintains security at the clients site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
