Ease of use. After a few stumbles installing it on both computers and getting the screen resolution change behind me, everything has worked perfectly for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The installation wasn't as easy as I might have expected, but with a little searching around, I found all of the answers I needed and haven't had any problems at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that app is free, it's clean and simple to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is too slow when controlling remote computer, I used TeamViewer before, there is significant difference in speed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Of course, the fact that it is free, and allows me to support my clients by taking remote control of their computers. Once we finally got set up, it worked very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took a very long time for me to find the Quicksupport application to tell my client to download it, and I had to send her the link by email because it was too complicated to recite the URL. I would suggest you create a "pretty URL" for that site to make it easier. Also, I had to manually go into my end of the connection and request full control (which was NOT intuitive, finding it in the three line menu) before I could get started. It is easy to use. Although more detailed instructions would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having to look for forum is a bit of a pain. Could only access it from an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aside from it being a free to use product with no limitations it’s a good alternative to teamviewer. Easy to connect and unattended access with encryption is definitely a plus for me since I was looking for something with that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One little thing I really dislike is the inability to pull files from the remote computer. You can only upload files so file transfer is not so friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very clear application. Easy to set up for whatever Cloud Storage Provider you want. I'm using Cloudberry Desktop Pro, but the application sent me here. I'm not currently using CloudBerry Remote Assistant, unless they are the same thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setting up a nightly Daily Schedule is a little confusing. I wanted to set up 12am to 6am backups, and you need to set up start at 12am and run for 6 hours. But if you start it early, it might run at a later time than expected since it might start again and run past 6am. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to setup and use and the user interface will be familiar to you if you are currently using TeamViewer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can't do administrator tasks like controlling the IIS manager. For this I still need TeamViewer. It also acts quite strange in that it just ignores your clicks in the IIS. It doesn't tell you that you don't have the necesary permissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Does what it say's on the tin, very stable and no time outs. Beats Teamviewer hands down Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far, still under evaluation. Appears to function as describe Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very good alternative to TeamViewer as it follows the same format - i.e. Use of codes for remote login which makes it almost a drop in replacement for TeamViewer.
It's lightweight, easy to install and use, has very little resource overhead and most importantly unlike TeamViewer that requires a monthly subscription (instead of a one off license purchase) to use if you are a commercial business, Cloudberry RemoteAssistant is absolutely free to everyone - private or business. The software is note quiet as polished in its presentation as TeamViewer, the user interface not quiet as intuitive, but still not bad all said and done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
