We love how easy the software is to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot. They are also continuously adding new features and improving the product overall. MSP360 Managed Backup has quickly become our one stop shop for customer backups whether its a simple file backup to image, VM, or even Google Workspace or Office 365 integration. As an MSP the central dashboard is of daily use to use to see all our customers backup job status in a single, easy to read page. The product truly is a hidden gem for its price allowing you to easily integrate most 3rd party cloud storage providers and with its quick install and simple installation. Managed Backups has few negative aspects, so I will give them all, one of them is that you must pay for a license to be able to customize your web portal, this should not be the case since in my case many licenses are purchased and having to acquire one extra to be able to put your brand on the platform, this is absurd. We are using it for backup our endpoint devices & remote user devices as well.The most appealing aspect ofMSP360 Standalone backup, in my opinion is it's user-friendly interface along with strong, adaptable functionality that can be tailored to the needs of both small ana large businesses. Because of its smooth connection with the diffrenet cloud storage providers, scalability and flexibility are guraranteed. The software is a dependable solution for protecting important data without overwhelming the user with complexibility because of its strong encryption and security features , which provide users piece of mind. The learning curve for some of MSP360 Standalone backup's more sophisticated features is its biggest flaw. Even though the UI is simple to use for straightforward activities, non-techies may find it difficult to navigate the more intricate configurations. Furthermore, the pricing structures can get pricey, especially for greater storage demands. Which could worry smaller businesses or individuals on a tighter budget. It is the best file and directory backup software and the best part is that it is compatible with all Operating systems. I can see and store all my important files and directories on MSP360 Standalone storage. I purchased a Standalone Backup solution that provides 5TB of storage space for backup. I use it every day to sync important Objects. It also provides an Object locking system for better security. I can also backup my applications databases, images, and VM backup. I also recommended to use the software.

It is integrated with my operating system very well and installation and implementation are easy.
