The team at Moxo is probably the most helpful and supportive team that I have met while enabling a software over my 15 year career in marketing. the team was ready to help with an question we had and ready to make adjustments to suggestions.
Our cleints love the software as much as we do. We now ahve an individual space for each client and can send our emails direclty to it for approvals. Along with blogs, page corrections and anything else we need approved or have a question on.

These guys are so amazing! The best part of Moxo is pretty much everything. The speed, the support, and how easy it is to implement the software with my crew, besides the endless ones we tried previously. I use this for every event production we do and commercial video or photo production project. Moxo has given structure to our process, workflow with clients, and staying organized. It has many useful functions included in MOXO platform that makes paying for other services for video calls, scheduling, signature, etc. obsolete. Customer support is incredible as well, very responsive and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Have not seen anyting that I dislike yet. It may be that the current MOXO features meet all the needs that we have as a smaller size consulting company. If there is one small item that may need improvement is to allow the MOXO phone app to access the Content Library. For me, it isn't a big issue, but I can see how others might want that feature in the future. The people we have worked with at Moxo have been friendly, accomodating, supportive and helpful. We really appreciate working with our account rep Abi who is very communicative and follows up as needed. Abi has passed on feedback to their dev team to work on platform updates/changes for us. We are still getting a handle on the terminology (its a bit confusing) such as flow vs. workflow space and client vs. contact. We are working with Abi to see if there is a way we can customize messaging via auto-emails to clients since all of them appear similar in an inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

* Great range of functionality (video meeting, calendar, e-sign, forms).
