Our Moxo app has created an easy-to-access space for team members and clients. We no longer sift through emails and texts, wasting time trying to find our last conversation with the needed information. Our clients have embraced the app as an easy way to contact us. We have also utilized a feature that organizes our invoices in one location. Paying our contractors used to take an hour; now, it takes 15 minutes. Time is money. Moxo is the only business we have worked with that keeps its word about always being available if we need assistance. We initially had issues with the ease of navigating on the app, specifically related to workflows. Moxo has been working on making the app more user-friendly. Our clients have had zero issues with the app. Our biggest problem with Moxo is that they limit the number of users at our price point. We are considering other options since this stifles our ability to grow and increase our revenue. That's a big problem for any small business. We are still utilizing other systems for our initial contact with potential clients that reach out to us. The inability to move a potential client into the app right after first contact is a problem. This affects our revenue, makes for a clunky start for our potential clients, and limits our growth. We want to feel supported by Moxo and set up for success and growth without limits. MOXO has truly helped speed up our process. It us to take our company 10 to 12 weeks to complete the hiring process, but now with using MOXO, on average it's 7 to 9 weeks. This is huge for our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside that we have noticed is that sometimes it can look a little messy with the number of "clients" we have in our dashboard. What I like most is the responsiveness of the moxo team. They quickly answer questions or take it to the internal team for direction. They have also taken ideas we've had for the platform and submitted them for future applications. The team has been very collaborative and helped us achieve our goal with the app a lot faster than anticipated. The platform is relatively easy to use and the team was patient to walk us through the new items. We use our app daily as our main source for internal and client communications. Moxo is easy to use as an admin setting up the system for in internal team, and also easy to use for external clients as well. I love that the Moxo team is available in our support thread with short turnaround for any questions I have. It is exciting to see frequent system updates with valuable added features. The onboarding team has been excellent, addressing all our questions and helping us fully leverage the platform for our specific needs.

Moxo is easy to use, It wasn't hard to implement a workflow that our clients can follow.

There are a lot of QOL features missing. The app feels like a work in progress.
Small Buttons, means our clients miss where they need to upload.
The ability to attach files to chat means its easier for clients to attach in chat instead of in the step itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I got to a point where I was so tired of working with CRMs who don't prioritize cybersecurity, who take forever to respond or never respond, who promise features but don't deliver or deliver years later or CRMs that are ran by AI bots. Moxo on the other hand, has the friendliest, hardest working staff I've ever interacted with. This platform is encrypted, making the platform super secure. Their response time in my experience is always within 2 business days or less. I get personal meetings with their staff who are always patient with me and my team and they always appear happy to help us.
Additionally, I can recall moments where I inquired about a feature, they promised it, it launched, and lived up to my expectations. To name a few features that come to mind, pinning groups, flows that are non-sequential, being able to add attachments to the comment section under a To-Do, and integrations with outlook and monday.
Not to mention it's reassuring and exciting when I request a feature, they are usually already working on it. Even better when they tell me they will implement it soon, their idea of soon being within a few weeks or months whereas I'm expecting it in a few years based on my experience with other CRMs.
I could go on and on but I'll conclude with my overall thoughts. Ever since choosing to work with Moxo back in 2022 I can confidently say, my communication with my team & clients has significantly improved. Because of Moxo's own growth in working towards new features, better templates and overall technology, as a business owner I work less on manual tasks while my business maintains and even grows in its productivity. Since the beginning they have been quick to find solutions for my team. Having said that, I can tell they actually care about our individual experience on the platform and strive for our satisfaction. There are a few bugs every now and then such as:
-Not being able to tag individuals with the @ symbol.
-Issues saving the changes when trying to edit messages.
-On outlook, having to reconnect the moxo plugin by logging in. (I'm also looking forward to the reocurring meeting setup from outlook using the plugin)
I'm not a big fan of the notes feature, I feel like the "updated a note" notification that stays in the group is unecessary in many cases, I don't like that it fills the group with that empty content, especially as someone who makes frequent minor edits and saves just as frequently.Personally, I'd like the option for more tools such as a print button, add comment feature, add an image, a simple table with columns and rows (not necesarily a smart table with filters or anything, that might be too complex for now).
I would use the notes more if the design was a bit easier on the eyes, if it looked like a document instead of the notepad that stretches accross the entire screen for example. Just my personal preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was my own biggest challenge when I first started using Moxo. I had to reorganize and retrain my brain to embrace this intuitive tool. It took me a minute to let go of old platform frameworks while building workflows, workspaces, using the library, and working with templates. Honestly, there’s no downside to using Moxo—it’s all about adapting your mindset from the start, especially when setting up the backend. And if you need help, don’t hesitate to ask! The support team is world-class. Moxo is also constantly seeking our feedback and implementing improvements.

We can create our own Tabono app which looks very professional. Dealing with the team with customized widgets and information on the app. It is very reliable and customizable for different cases.
The customer success team are also very helpful. Aakash is always responsive and willing to help. He gives personalize and hands on assistance. He also follows up on each cases that we implement such as introducing forms, workspaces, and workflow internally and to client.

I was not able to create form on mobile app. I also tried to use the form, and it needs more functionality and more features, ie, a section where I can write a free text.
