Our Moxo app has created an easy-to-access space for team members and clients. We no longer sift through emails and texts, wasting time trying to find our last conversation with the needed information. Our clients have embraced the app as an easy way to contact us. We have also utilized a feature that organizes our invoices in one location. Paying our contractors used to take an hour; now, it takes 15 minutes. Time is money. Moxo is the only business we have worked with that keeps its word about always being available if we need assistance. We initially had issues with the ease of navigating on the app, specifically related to workflows. Moxo has been working on making the app more user-friendly. Our clients have had zero issues with the app. Our biggest problem with Moxo is that they limit the number of users at our price point. We are considering other options since this stifles our ability to grow and increase our revenue. That's a big problem for any small business. We are still utilizing other systems for our initial contact with potential clients that reach out to us. The inability to move a potential client into the app right after first contact is a problem. This affects our revenue, makes for a clunky start for our potential clients, and limits our growth. We want to feel supported by Moxo and set up for success and growth without limits.
