What do you like best about Moxo?

Privacy - No individual mobile numbers required for sign-in.

Security - Not open to public, so phishing by external & unauthorised users not possible.

Conversation management - Centralised & fully controlled by our school.

Workflow automation - Good but not quite tailor made for us to make good use of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moxo?

Enhancements expected - We as a Moxo client would like to make better use of the App to “automate” our work and so to improve our work efficiency. We have made good use of E-Sign and Approval. We also see that Acknowledgement is good for us as a school. However, it will be excellent if the functionality can be enhanced for our distribution of messages to all class groups every school day. We believe that the enhancement is not only excellent for us but also excellent for the education sector. We do not simply want to mention to other schools that Moxo is our “WhatsApp”, but we do want to tell them that Moxo is more capable for schools than “WhatsApp”. What do you like best about Moxo?

Moxo is the only software that can handle a high volume of projects while also delivering a beautiful UI for the clients.

The app based system also keeps clients engaged with ios push notifications and email notifications.

The flows are extremely customizable and can be built for any workflow your company needs.

What do you dislike about Moxo?

It's expensive. Relative to other solutions, Moxo is expensive, but in my opionion, it's 100% worth the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Moxo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Moxo, we operated 100% via email. Emailing our customers back and forth. This resulted in many projects being abandoned or forgotten about.

What do you like best about Moxo?

Moxo has been a game changer for our business. We previously onboarded our clients via email and SMS, but with the easy to use Flow Templates, we're able to create a high level client experience in half the amoutn of time. We have new clients added every single day using automations and the Customer Support has been nothing short of stellar. What do you like best about Moxo?

Impressive platform for project management and collaboration. It offers a user-friendly interface and a comprehensive range of tools to facilitate communication and task tracking. The document management and team coordination features are particularly well-designed, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow processes. Additionally, data security and privacy are well-handled. What do you like best about Moxo?

Moxo is an intuitive one-stop-shop for creating to-do's, sharing documents, scheduling appointments, team communication, and client communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moxo?

There is a bit of a learning curve, especially for less technically-savvy users, so we spend quite a bit of time teaching clients to use the platform. However, once they get the hang of it, it is a really powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Moxo?

I like that it's user friednly. They're a ton of videos at your fingertips to help you along in the process. You will also have a Moxo rep who works hand in hand with you from start to completion of set up which has been wonderful.
