What do you like best about Moxo?

Privacy - No individual mobile numbers required for sign-in.

Security - Not open to public, so phishing by external & unauthorised users not possible.

Conversation management - Centralised & fully controlled by our school.

Workflow automation - Good but not quite tailor made for us to make good use of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moxo?

Enhancements expected - We as a Moxo client would like to make better use of the App to “automate” our work and so to improve our work efficiency. We have made good use of E-Sign and Approval. We also see that Acknowledgement is good for us as a school. However, it will be excellent if the functionality can be enhanced for our distribution of messages to all class groups every school day. We believe that the enhancement is not only excellent for us but also excellent for the education sector. We do not simply want to mention to other schools that Moxo is our “WhatsApp”, but we do want to tell them that Moxo is more capable for schools than “WhatsApp”. What do you like best about Moxo?

Our Moxo app has created an easy-to-access space for team members and clients. We no longer sift through emails and texts, wasting time trying to find our last conversation with the needed information. Our clients have embraced the app as an easy way to contact us. We have also utilized a feature that organizes our invoices in one location. Paying our contractors used to take an hour; now, it takes 15 minutes. Time is money. Moxo is the only business we have worked with that keeps its word about always being available if we need assistance. We have had the same point of contact from day one, and he is patient and kind as we learn to navigate our app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moxo?

We initially had issues with the ease of navigating on the app, specifically related to workflows. Moxo has been working on making the app more user-friendly. Our clients have had zero issues with the app. Our biggest problem with Moxo is that they limit the number of users at our price point. We are considering other options since this stifles our ability to grow and increase our revenue. That's a big problem for any small business. We are still utilizing other systems for our initial contact with potential clients that reach out to us. The inability to move a potential client into the app right after first contact is a problem. This affects our revenue, makes for a clunky start for our potential clients, and limits our growth. We want to feel supported by Moxo and set up for success and growth without limits. What do you like best about Moxo?

The functionalities are good! I love its flexibility and its frequent updates. The integration is just one click within the site offering Zapier as an alternative, providing more flexibility in deciding what you want to integrate instead of how you can integrate. Zero programming is really user-friendly, especially for non-tech users. Huge appreciation to our Customer Success Manager, Aakash, for his hard work, spontaneous responses, and endless support! What do you dislike about Moxo?

Cannot wait for the upcoming updates. I'm always not satisfied and want to have more to achieve on Moxo. To be honest, Moxo is not a fully mature platform at this point but it might be worthy seeing Moxo grow and be fully equipped. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Moxo?

MOXO has truly helped speed up our process. It us to take our company 10 to 12 weeks to complete the hiring process, but now with using MOXO, on average it's 7 to 9 weeks. This is huge for our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moxo?

The only downside that we have noticed is that sometimes it can look a little messy with the number of "clients" we have in our dashboard. We really wish we could have a folder for each step and for each client that is on that step to be in the matching folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Moxo solving and how is that benefiting you?

MOXO has made our onboarding process smoother. It used to take so much time to credential a new provider or "client" and everyone always felt lost. They never knew how far along in the process they were or what steps they needed to complete. MOXO made everything so much clearer, not only for our providers but also for our admin team. Each person can see which step they are on and how much longer they have in the process. This has cleared up time for our admin team to work on other projects. What do you like best about Moxo?

What I like most is the responsiveness of the moxo team. They quickly answer questions or take it to the internal team for direction. They have also taken ideas we've had for the platform and submitted them for future applications. The team has been very collaborative and helped us achieve our goal with the app a lot faster than anticipated. The platform is relatively easy to use and the team was patient to walk us through the new items. We use our app daily as our main source for internal and client communications. What do you dislike about Moxo?

What do you like best about Moxo?

Moxo is easy to use as an admin setting up the system for in internal team, and also easy to use for external clients as well. I love that the Moxo team is available in our support thread with short turnaround for any questions I have. It is exciting to see frequent system updates with valuable added features. What do you like best about Moxo?

What I love about moxo is that it is very user friendly, very intuitive, and makes customer management much simpler and more organized. It also makes client communication so much easier on both ends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just getting used to using a new product and retraining our team to use a new system can be challenging, but it's really nothing bad about Moxo, just adjusting to a new product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Moxo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have about 55 active customers with very complex campaigns containing lots of information, details, and communication back and forth. We were getting emails lost and having to search through inboxes and save in folders that clients couldn't access. Now with moxo, all email communication is now within our workspaces, and all forms, files, images, etc can all be uploaded and saved through our forms and flows in their dedicated customer workspaces. What do you like best about Moxo?

Moxo is easy to use, It wasn't hard to implement a workflow that our clients can follow.

There are a lot of QOL features missing. The app feels like a work in progress.

Small Buttons, means our clients miss where they need to upload.
