I truly have no complaints as of yet in aspect of this software it helps in every department so not having to use any other software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I thought was a wide variety of features (at first) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I regret signing a contract with Move It Pro Software for my moving business. Despite attending multiple demos and relying on the assurances of the sales representative, the software has consistently fallen short of expectations, and the customer support team is unfazed completely and even responded to my concerns with contempt. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM.
Misleading Sales Promises: I was assured that all my lead sources, including could be integrated. After signing, I was informed by support that some integrations (i.e. Thumbtack) aren't even possible (one of the main reasons I signed up).
Lack of Transparency in Email Automations: The system’s email automation triggers are a black box. Even senior support staff couldn’t explain which actions trigger specific emails, making it impossible to confidently use or customize the system.
Customization Issues: The email short codes are riddled with grammar errors, and there’s no way to edit them. This makes professional communication unnecessarily difficult.
Unfriendly User Experience: As someone who is extremely advanced and experienced with CRM and automation software, Move It Pro is incredibly cumbersome to use, even for me. Tasks like creating estimates require multiple inefficient steps (5+ clicks just to GET to the create an estimate screen), especially when using the mobile version.
No Trial Option: There’s no opportunity to test the software before committing. You’re left trusting sales demos, which, in my case, included false promises about functionality and usability, among other things.
Ultimately, this software might work for larger companies with dedicated admin teams, but for smaller businesses like ours, it’s inefficient and impractical (especially for workers on the go). If you’re considering Move It Pro, I strongly recommend requesting a trial (if they ever offer one) or demanding everything in writing before committing.

Moveit is very easy to use. My company uses it every day, and once you set a task, it will process whenever it is assigned. There are logs that keep track of successful runs and failures Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If there are too many people that are using Moveit, you can't open the software, or it may process slowly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thes software is user-friendly and easy to use versus other alternatives I have researched and used in the past. I introduced this tool to one of my onshore clients during my project, and it took them to virtually paperless and helped them to streamline their booking process. With the help of this tool, they were able to keep track of all the business activities of sales, estimates and actuals and could store them under the same umbrella. Also, Since all the data is cloud-based, no data get lost and can be accessed anytime from anywhere. Hence, it proved to be a life saver for them and hence also led my team to successfully solve this problem for my client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We found the product up to the standards, however, the client finds it difficult to fill in and submit the inventory form in the tool. But the customer service team always comes up with the right solutions and helps us out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They do not adapt to will not improve the customer experience. Highly disappointed and not recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No crew app, no multi-rate moves, poor customer service, more expensive than other CRMs - I do not recommend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
