What do you like best about Supermove?

I use Supermove to handle after hours and overflow phone calls, as well as to respond quickly to web leads and manage other lead nurturing activities. I like how it helps us by ensuring that prospective customers aren't left unanswered when we're busy. It's improving our conversion rate, which is great. I also appreciate how it enhances our customer experience and allows our team to be as effective as possible. What do you dislike about Supermove?

Sharing some best practices from other, similar businesses would be helpful in optimizing our voice agent. Just knowing what works best, or how to accomplish the goals we're after beyond what we know the voice agent is capable of would be beneficial. It's just the typical conundrum of hindsight being 20-20; knowing what others have found successful/unsuccessful for accomplishing similar goals to ours could mellow out the learning curve. What do you like best about Supermove?

Supermove has made a tremendous impact on Square Cow Moovers. We can't operate our business without it. Operationally, the software is the best we've used. It makes their interactions with our clients smooth and efficient. The ease of use in booking moves has increased our productivity within our sales center allowing us to reduce call times and missed calls. The Supermove Leadership & Implementation Teams went above and beyond to ensure Square Cow was ready for business on our 'go live' date. What do you dislike about Supermove?

There isn't much to dislike about Supermove. We truly love it. If I had to identify one area of potential growth, it would be reporting. Square Cow uses data everyday to evaluate strengths and weaknesses in our business. There have been times our reporting has been inaccurate. Supermove acknowledges this is an area of focus and has recently expanded their team to specifically address and improve their reporting capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful thing about Supermove is being able to keep everything within one application. The automations that are integrated in it have saved me hours per week. What do you like best about Supermove?

There are so many different moving CRMs to choose from, but I highly recommend Supermove! It's incredibly user-friendly, customizable, and the process from creating a customer to booking their move is very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
