What do you like best about Mouseflow?

We always aim to improve user experience of our website as a digital marketer and this has enabled us to recognize Mouseflow’s importance. More specifically, session replay has enabled us to obtain unmatched information about user behavior thereby enabling us to recognize pain points and optimize user journeys with laser precision. Advantages i see 1 is Intuitive Session Replay: At every single session, we can see each activity carried out by individuals visiting our website from the mouse movements to clicks made on it by utilizing this Mouseflow option in the replay mode. What do you dislike about Mouseflow?

Cons i see one as the Data Overload: Too much information could sometimes make it hard to find what you need. Though small in comparison, it’s still worth the value overall. and other is the Pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mouseflow?

What do you dislike about Mouseflow?

While Mouseflow is a powerful tool, the pricing structure could be more flexible. The jump between subscription tiers is quite significant, and it would be great to have more scalable options—perhaps add-ons or smaller incremental upgrades—rather than having to move to a much larger plan. What do you like best about Mouseflow?

I have been using Mouseflow for several years now. The recordings and insights not only help my own website.

What do you like best about Mouseflow?

It has recordings of the users who are all using the website, we can calculate CSAT using this tool, we have heatmaps and funnels, and segments, we have filters to get the data accordingly. Based on each page we can see the low and high friction rates. it is easy to implement and we are using it frequently, the CTM team is very good they are responding very quickly and it is easy to implement with any website. What do you like best about Mouseflow?

Easy to use and it allows us to track conversion funnels, heatmaps, scroll tracking, movement tracking, form abandonment, recorded sessions, and much more. It is a very robust product. What do you dislike about Mouseflow?

The WordPress plugin to integrate MF onto a website is over a year old and untested with the current version of WP. It would be nice if they kept the plugin up-to-date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mouseflow?

What do you like best about Mouseflow?

Mouseflow allows you to watch the actual video recordings of users visiting your website. You will be able to watch their movements, see where pain points are and drop-offs and much more. Very useful data. Also their heatmaps are useful as well. The platform is an excellent value for the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mouseflow?

We would like to see better integration with programs like Calendly so we can see how they interact with setting an appointment. iframes can cause issues with Mouseflow showing them. I would also like to see more funnels allowed with the basic package. Only one funnel is really kind of useless (but helpful to see in action). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
