- fairly simple to use

- in progress loans dashboard

- communications feature for emails

- email templates that pre-set recipients, CC'd emails, internal docs, and email body text with loan specific variables

- loan reports

- customizable document templates

- responsive customer support

Least favourite feautres as a daily user:

- could have more formulas for documents to limit the manual editing time

- preset loan reports may not provide sufficient information, you may need to pay for a customizable loan report

- in the notes section, users are allowed to edit other users' notes. You should only be able to edit your own notes

We are able to produce loan documents at an unbelievable speed. All our documents and deal flow is now seamless from application to lawyer's documents to reports on our portfolio.
