Mortgage Automator is a very user-friendly system. What I like about it is the interface which is easy to navigate. The ledger system is real time and you can view all the transactions. Being able to customize the investors setup is important to do the reporting. In addition, their support time is very professional and you get the response very quickly. The modules also allow user to setup the templates, generate workflow and outgoing communications which makes the book of record clean for audit trail purpose. So far I couldn't think of any but if Mortgage Automator allow user to do syndicated worksheet with the advance worksheet modules that lenders can generate and distribute to participants to vet the numbers I think that would be helpful and eliminate some of the manual processes. Also I'd like to see there's an App available so that I can also use my mobile device as well although I can still log onto the system via browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to submit requests for improvements and see them actually working through and implement the suggestions is great! Also, the amount of control for customizations that we have is a huge plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As with all platforms in this industry, variables are key. While they do a great job with certain customizations, I believe there is room to improve by being more "forward thinking". Some suggestions would be, more integrations with other programs, the ability to extract data from a legible PDF file so it automatically populates, things that save time in a work flow.
