What do you like best about Momentum?

It does a great job of summarizing my Google Meetings, touching on the core topics that were set up by our rev ops team.

Once the summary is complete, we receive a Slack message which is great for quick searches. We do not have to keep the app open to locate past meeting summaries.

On top of the core topics, we also receive Data Insights that will vary from call to call such as: Company infographics, Data Process, Lead Identificatioin, Marketing Process, etc.. It does a great job of analyzing the meeting and providing this semantic data.

The follow up emails are also very thorough. It adds a personalized touch, not some generic response.

What do you dislike about Momentum?

It records as soon as you allow it into the meeting. It would be great if it would automatically edit out the part of the meeting spent waiting on the customer to arrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?

Momentum helps me lots of manual work by automatically recording and summarizing my Google Meet calls with customers. As a Customer Success Manager at Dealfront, I use it to generate clear summaries with next steps after each meeting, which are automatically shared via email and Slack. This helps me ensure no follow-up falls through the cracks. The summaries are easy to copy into Totango, making it simple to keep our customer records up to date. What do you like best about Momentum?

What I like best about Momentum is how it elevates the way my sales team executes across the entire deal cycle. It’s not just about tracking deals—it’s about creating alignment, uncovering risks early, and driving proactive collaboration between AEs, sales leadership, and revenue operations. The insights Momentum surfaces on deal health and next steps have significantly improved our forecasting accuracy and ability to coach in real-time. What do you dislike about Momentum?

The main issues I’ve experienced with Momentum are around reliability and UX. The bot doesn’t always join calls as expected, which creates uncertainty for the reps and can result in missed insights. The UI can feel clunky at times, especially when navigating longer threads or trying to access key information quickly. Also, the AI-generated responses can be overly long, which makes it harder to pull out the most actionable takeaways. These aren’t dealbreakers, but they do impact the overall efficiency. Momentum is solving the alignment and visibility gaps that naturally emerge in complex sales cycles. It gives me and my team a clear view into deal health without relying on constant manual updates. We get early signals on risk, track multi-threading progress, and ensure that every deal has clear next steps and mutual action plans. It’s also been a game changer for coaching—because everything from call notes to Salesforce fields is synced automatically, I can step in with context and precision.
