ALWAYS improving. **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** nothing yet! The support team is amazing. I love how connected they are with the facebook group. Always asking what they can do to improve and how everyone likes it! **Recommendations to others considering MoeGo:** Just do it! **What problems is MoeGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I dont personally have any problems with Moego. Now they updated and added color coding which is super nice. I also like that their is an app that you can download on your phone and make the groomers do booking as well as us. Booking online is also a huge upside to the software. Clients can book on their own and it makes it so much easier for us to have them do that on their own! **What do you dislike about MoeGo?** How clumped and cluttered the pages are. You cannot make pages bigger. The colors will prefill for you, however you can edit that so you can have your own color coding. **Recommendations to others considering MoeGo:** Make sure you are familiar with color coding, it'll make it way easier to use. The app itself is pretty easy to use, especially with the booking part. As long as you know what you're doing! If you want to have an online booking for grooming, then this is the software to use. I would recommend this to small busines as it makes it super easy and convenient for the business to use. **What problems is MoeGo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometime appointments will not book correctly as well as the app will crash when trying to book. However we have improved a lot on our booking system with moe go. It is also super helpful when people are trying to book online. Which proves to be very frustrating. **Recommendations to others considering MoeGo:** Don't wait.
