Mo is really easy to use, it is great that you can select a topic for the type of Moment you are creating. Also like that dependant on the type there is also renumerations suggested already. Mo is less onerous than the previous system and you can choose who see's the Award too.

I think it is a very useful tool to learn different things about the company and to be able to interact with other coworkers in a friendlier and different way than usual.
