I love how simple it is to use, yet it can have such a positive impact by posting a thank-you or recognising a job well done. When working in fast-paced organisations, it is easy to fall into the trap of going from one task to the next without stopping to celebrate a key milestone or achievement, or just simply recognising or thanking someone for their support or their efforts. I don't appear to receive notificaitons, despite me having set this up in the settings (perhaps it is blocked by our internal IT). It would be interesting to see a monthly report of which teams/departments/geographies are using Mo the most and where there are areas for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
