What do you like best about Mo?

I love that you can reward with money as well as just praising on a platform for others to see. The choice of vouchers to choose from is amazing as well. The app is so easy and straightforward to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mo?

I don't think there is a downside to using MO. The only thing is if you are on AL it is hard to remember to spend all of your MO points before going off and they don't roll over to the next month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't think there is a problem it is solving, but I feel colleagues are more happy when they get a reward/recognition through Mo which is good to see. Long may it continue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
